I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the food quality was top-notch with plenty of variety, other aspects like the check-in process and room conditions left much to be desired. The beach access was convenient with a shuttle service, but the overall service varied greatly with some staff being unhelpful. The dining options were impressive, and it really catered well to families with lots of activities for kids.
